Ordination to the priesthood of Deacon Mark Pakes
As His Eminence Metropolitan Isaiah communicated to our parish in his recent letter, on Sunday, March 25, the great feast of the Annunciation of the Holy Theotokos, during the Divine Liturgy, the ordination to the holy priesthood of Deacon Mark Pakes will take place.
His Eminence will also be with our parish for the service of the Akathistos on Friday, March 23, as well as at Vespers on Saturday evening, March 24.
A reception to celebrate Deacon Mark's ordination, hosted by the ministries and organizations of Holy Trinity, will take place following Divine Liturgy on the 25th. Everyone is invited to come share in this celebration.
As his Eminence wrote to us, "May the rich blessings of our loving God be experienced by all of the parish during that coming weekend, honoring the Holy Theotokos who made it possible for our Lord Jesus Christ to come into this fallen world for our salvation".
